AeroPeru Virtual may use application details, account email, pilot name, simulator IDs, support messages, bookings, dispatch records, PIREPs, and OpsLink simulation records.
This data is used to operate the private beta, review applications, support pilots, prevent abuse, and maintain simulation economy records.
The website does not provide checkout, card processing, payment storage, payment webhooks, or automated billing in this phase.
AeroPeru Virtual does not ask pilots to enter card numbers, bank details, or payment credentials on this website.
Do not submit payment data, passwords, API keys, recovery codes, service keys, or simulator account secrets through the support form.
AeroPeru Virtual uses infrastructure providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Zoho email, and approved notification or simulation tools needed to run the service.
Private server keys and service-role credentials must remain outside client code and are not published in policy pages, support messages, or tracked files.

Because this is a private beta, some records may be retained as operational audit evidence, abuse-prevention history, or simulation economy history.
